Creative Applications, LLC (CA), built the Hoo's Up app as a Free app.

The Hoo's Up app does not request or store any personal information from users. We maintain a username and password, and a list of connections (other usernames) for each user.

Users create their own usernames and passwords which require no personal information whatsoever.
